After Visiting Wisconsin we went down to Nauvoo. I really wanted to go there and I planned the whole thing out. It was really neat to see so much history! There were hardly any people because the pagent had ended the weekend before we got there, so we got to see just about everything! We also went out to Carthage with was a good experience. I am so humbled by the sacrifices of our anscestors and thankful for them too!
My Daddy's claim to fame: a privy. He participated in the excavation project in Nauvoo and found this! How cool/weird is that? He made me promise to take a picture.

GOODBYE Summer Sales!
This summer has been....well I don't know if there is any other way to describe it than to say it's been CRAZY!! I am packing up our stuff to move our life for the 4th time this summer!! Who does that?? This, luckily, will be our last move for a while because we are going to be making our way back to home sweet home, Utah! Yeah!!! Brandon and I can't wait to get back to our family and friends, and our gorgeous mountains!
We knew that this summer would be crazy, because we have done a summer sales program before, but I don't think we knew what we were getting ourselves into this summer. The good thing is, it all turned out great! Not what we expected at all, but we really have had so many great experiences to learn and grow, and to have fun! Brandon is just so amazing to keep going every day. He is such a hard worker and I am so lucky to have him! I did go out selling with him a lot, but I don't know how he does it EVERY day! He is the best!!
Thankfully, I think I can say GOODBYE to summer sales FOREVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I hate it way more than Brandon. Actually, Brandon would probably consider doing it again, but seeing as how he will be in school next summer, I think it's safe to say we are through! hopefully! :)
Our Three Years!
What a weekend! We just had our third anniversary on August 2nd and it was so much fun! Brandon got to take Saturday off so that we could just spend the day together. He surprised me with pretty flowers and chocolate covered strawberries. Yumm.... We also got to go to the beach, have a picnic, and just play! As always, we had a blast! It was a gorgeous sunset, and there was lightening wayyyy off in the distance that was really cool to sit and watch. I love Brandon so much and I am so happy that I chose him for my forever!

San Francisco

In one of the art galleries there was a giant cake and dress ups where they let you take pictures. We were the only ones in there. It was great. Every girls dream come true.
So my sister TL and my niece Sophia had a trip planned to visit us in CA. Then we moved..... They still had there plane tickets and decided to hit up San Francisco anyway! I was lucky enough to go back and enjoy the city with them thanks to TaraLynn! It was SOOO much fun!! We seriously had a blast! I have been there a few other times this summer, but it was different staying in the city. I loved it!! We explored Hayes Valley, which had the cutest shops and best food ever, and it was a lot less touristy than some other areas of the city. Also we went into North Beach which is a little Italy that is adorable (also good food there!). We of course went to fishermans wharf and did all the stuff there and had some incredible sea food! Probably the most fun was when we went to the exploritorium which is a hands on kid museum, which was also a blast for adults! There was this thing called the tactile dome and you go in and its completely pitch black. You have to feel your way around crawling through tunnels, rooms, and sliding down slides. It was awesome! We really had a great time! It was a needed break from the boredom of Indiana!

The Fourth
The 4th of July is my absolute favorite holiday! I think I love it so much because my parents always made it so much fun for us when we were kids. Brandon had to work part of the 4th this year, but we still managed to have a fun day, even in Indianna. Actually we went to Michigan, we are right on the border. The locals call it Michianna. wierdos. :) Anyway, we went to a little town called St. Josephs on lake Michigan. They set fireworks off the pier and we just cozied up on the beach with each other and a bag of jelly bellies (which are very entertaining by the way) and watched the sun set and played in the water till dark. It was really fun! The fireworks were pretty over the water and we could see other fireworks being launched all around the lake. It was fun! Maybe not as cool as Delta though.....
